As Digital Marketing Coordinator at Vera Creative, I had the opportunity to support the festival’s outreach and branding efforts. Most notably, I designed custom bike wraps for Lyft Divvy bikes, creating a high-visibility mobile presence throughout the city, and developed VIP eblast invitations targeting the city’s leaders and elected officials. These contributions helped enhance the festival’s visibility, engagement, and overall community impact.

I initially partnered with Merritt Business Solutions (MBS), a woman- and LGBT-owned HR, benefits, and payroll brokerage, as a freelance designer and later continued supporting the company in my role at Vera Creative. Merritt Business Solutions emphasizes partnering with diverse suppliers while connecting business owners with comprehensive HR solutions.

I led the development of the Monument to Women Veterans brand and visual identity, designed and authored the website, and created a sponsor and investor pitch deck to support fundraising initiatives. I also produced print collateral, including brochures and banners, and authored a press release that was featured in the Pensacola News Journal, amplifying public visibility and public engagement.

My career has taken me across a range of industries and roles, from corporate trainer and director of sales to senior designer and marketing manager, each one shaping the way I approach strategy and collaboration. I’ve built my career on understanding both sides of marketing– the creative storytelling that captures attention and the analytical strategy that drives measurable results.

Early on, I led a 12-member sales team for the Staples account, where I learned how to translate performance metrics into actionable strategies. Later, as Director of Sales and Marketing at a B2B software startup, I developed and implemented marketing systems that supported client acquisition and brand growth.

During the pandemic, I expanded my freelance marketing business, managing strategy, creative execution, and project management for more than a dozen brands. My work spanned content marketing, paid ads, social media strategy, and web design, giving me a deep understanding of how to build cohesive, integrated campaigns that perform.


Since then, I’ve worked on award-winning campaigns for government agencies and purpose-driven organizations, helping teams craft marketing strategies that inform, inspire, and empower communities. I’ve also had the opportunity to lead strategic marketing workshops and speak on panels for notable publications, such as Ad Age. These experiences have allowed me to share insights and connect with other professionals who are passionate about marketing that makes an impact.
